1. Quotations & Assessments
All quotations are based on a physical site assessment. Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. While we strive for absolute accuracy, any unforeseen issues discovered during work will be disclosed and discussed before further action is taken.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
Our workmanship guarantee applies to all completed installations. This guarantee covers the structural integrity of the installation and craftsmanship quality. It does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events (Force Majeure), third-party damage, or lack of standard maintenance.
3. Payments
For large-scale projects, a material deposit may be required. Final payment is due upon successful completion and handover of the project, following our quality inspection.
4. Liability
JhonyEverGreen holds comprehensive public liability insurance. We are responsible for the safety of our work site and the quality of our installations as per the agreed project scope.
